By accessing and using unifaucet.xyz (the "Site"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Site.

UniFaucet provides users with the opportunity to earn Robux by completing various tasks, such as claims from a faucet, completing shortlinks, referrals, and engaging with third-party offerwalls (the "Service"). Earned Robux can be withdrawn to a user's Roblox account subject to the conditions outlined herein.

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

• Account Integrity: You are permitted to create and operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing the Service, including the referral system, is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide a valid and correct Roblox username to use the Service.
• Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
  • Using bots, scripts, or any other automated means to interact with or exploit the Service.
  • Exploiting any bugs or vulnerabilities in the system to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Attempting to defraud the system or other users.
  • Using a VPN, proxy, or other methods to obscure your true location or identity to bypass our rules or restrictions.
  • Engaging in any activity that is illegal, harmful, or disruptive to the Service or its users.

The amount of Robux earned for each task is displayed on the Site and may change. Withdrawals are processed based on the information provided by the user (e.g., game pass URL). It is your responsibility to ensure this information is correct. We are not liable for any loss of Robux due to incorrect withdrawal information provided by you.

The Service integrates or may contain links to third-party websites, applications, and services ("Third-Party Services"), including but not limited to shortlinks, offerwalls, and advertisements. You acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Use at Your Own Risk: Your use of any Third-Party Services is entirely at your own risk. We do not control, endorse, or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any Third-Party Services.
• Disclaimer of Liability: We are not liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any Third-Party Services.
• Potential for Harmful Content: You understand that by accessing Third-Party Services, you may be exposed to content that you may find offensive, indecent, explicit, or objectionable, including but not limited to materials related to gambling, adult content (NSFW), or other harmful material. You agree to use these services with due diligence and at your sole discretion. UniFaucet does not screen or censor the content of these external services.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and any outstanding balance of Robux in your account will be forfeited.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation of our service or the information, content, or materials included therein. You expressly agree that your use of the Site is at your sole risk.

In no event shall UniFaucet, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
